Leader of revolution: Yemen’s military industry sector is booming and very promising

SANAA, March 25 (YPA) – The Leader of the Yemeni revolution, Sayyed Abdul-Malik al-Houthi affirmed that Yemen’s military industry sector is booming and very promising and in the future, that Yemen will be one of the arms-producing countries.

“Military manufacturing started by Al-Sarkha missile reaching Zulfiqar, Quds 2 and Burkan 2 missiles, and still developing. We have a local manufacturing activity for missiles, and US-Saudi enemy knows,” Said Sayyid Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi during his speech on Friday evening on occasion of National Day of Steadfastness.

He mocked the coalition’s claims that weapons were from Iran.

The brothers in military industries have developed their capabilities, particularly in deterrence weapons,” he said, adding that drone industry continues, used for fronts or long ranges, and this weapon is effective, troubling the US-Saudi aggression.

Sayyed noted that “air defense, drones, and missiles were launched from scratch, despite severe aggression and siege, achieving positive results. Moreover, the naval force rose from scratch with high efficiency and complete deterrence of US-Saudi aggression from attacking any coastal city.
