Meteorology: Cold weather continues in most provinces

SANAA, Jan. 31 (YPA) – The National Center of Meteorology expected on Monday cold weather to continue in most provinces within the next 24 hours.

The center stated, in its weather bulletin, that the cold weather would focus on the provinces of Saada, Amran, Sanaa, Dhamar, Bayda and Marib and Jawf.

The weather will be also relatively cold on the heights of Ibb, Taiz, Lahj, Abyan, Shabwa and Dhalea, as well as in the desert areas.

The center called on citizens, especially the elderly, children and workers during the night and early morning, to take the necessary precautions to prevent cold weather, urging farmers to protect their agricultural crops.
