New increase of Covid-19 infections recorded in Mexico

 SANAA, Jan. 15 (YPA) – Mexico  has recorded 44,293 new cases  of COVID-19 on Friday, according to data from the Mexican Ministry of Health.

 This brings the total number of infections in Mexico to 4, 302,069.

 The previous record increase was recorded on Wednesday, reaching 44,187  cases.

Ministry data also indicated that 195 new confirmed deaths were recorded on Friday, bringing the official number of death toll since the pandemic began to 301,107.
