Coalition launches 9 airstrikes on Bayda, Hodeida

Provinces, Jan. 13 (YPA) –  The US-backed Saudi-led coalition warplanes launched a series of airstrikes on the provinces of Bayda and Hodeida late Wednesday.

A local source said the coalition warplanes targeted Al-Sawadiya district with six airstrikes and the district of Maswarah with an airstrike.

In Hodeida, two citizens were killed in two raids launched by coalition warplanes on the district of Al Garrahi.

A local source said the coalition’s airstrikes hit a poultry farm in the village of Beit Shoaib in the same district, killing two citizens.

The source condemned the coalition’s continued targeting of civilians, civilian objects and the destruction of the country’s infrastructure and capabilities in light of shameful international silence.
