Statistic: 283 killed and 1,200 wounded by Saudi army fire in Saada during 2021

SAADA, Dec. 31 (YPA) – The Criminal Investigation Department in Saada governorate released an official statistic on the number of casualties during 2021 in the border areas of Saada due to the shelling of  the Saudi army.

According to the official statistic, about 283 citizens were killed and 1,200 wounded, including 217 of other nationalities.

Department said that a total of 85% of Yemeni citizens and other Ethiopian, Sudanese, Somali and Pakistani nationals were killed and injured this year.

A total of 27 women were killed martyred and injured, the statistic  showed .

This number was 695 martyrs and wounded last year, which has more than doubled compared to 2021.
