Tawoos stresses importance of including Int’I organizations’ projects to support agricultural sector
SANAA, Dec. 11 (YPA) – The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs, Abdulmohsen Tawoos, stressed the importance of a meaningful and effective intervention in programs and projects being carried out by of international organizations in the agricultural sector.
This came during his discussion on Saturday with the Acting President of the Agricultural Cooperative Federation Mubarak Al-Qaili, about possible interventions in the agricultural sector.
Tawoos pointed to the possibility of harnessing support to strengthen the infrastructure of the agricultural sector, stressing the importance of concerted efforts at this stage to achieve self-sufficiency.
The meeting reviewed the most prominent interventions required to be implemented in the liberated areas to contribute to the agricultural renaissance.
