Pro-coalition commander escapes 2nd assassination attempt in Hodeida

HODEIDA, Nov. 30 (YPA) – Commander of the so-called ” Tihama Resistance”, Ahmed Al-Kokabani, loyal to Saudi-led coalition survived the assassination for the second time, south of Hodeida province.

Informed sources confirmed that Al-Kokabani’s place was bombed after a failed assassination attempt during the past few days, south o f Hays city, with an explosive device planted in his military vehicle.

The sources stated that the attempt to assassinate Al-Kokabani came after military disputes with southern leaders in the “Al-Amaliq Brigades” and his rejection of dictates imposed on him.
