Al-Houthi comments on Britain’s decision against Hamas

SANAA, Nov. 20 (YPA) – Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of the Supreme Political Council has commented on Britain’s intention to designate the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas as a terrorist organization.

“We condemn the designation of Hamas as a terrorist, although  we are not surprisingly from the British founder of the occupation,” Al-Houthi said on Twitter, “referring to Israel.”

“When (the designation) coincides with the anniversary of the Balfour Criminal Declaration , it is an affirmation of the  British continued terrorism of the victim and support for the criminal entity.”

“We are certain that the designation is a political, and the leadership and supporters of Hamas represent only a determination to continue the liberation of  al-Quds (Jerusalem)  and all of Palestine,” al-Houthi added.

The Guardian newspaper reported on Friday morning that British Home Secretary Priti Patel planning  to declare Hamas a terrorist organization through a British bill that would prevent any support for the Palestinian movement, and anyone involved would be sentenced to 10 years in prison.
