MARIB, Oct. 22 (YPA) – Sanaa forces, backed by the tribesmen of Marib province, on Friday made rapid military advance in Jabal Murad district, south of Marib.
Informed sources reported that the army and the popular committees (Sanaa forces), along with the free tribes of Jabal Murad, managed during the past hours to liberate ‘Naja’ area and incursion to the north, after encircling the mountain areas from most directions.
The sources pointed out that Sanaa forces were able to cut off the Saudi-led coalition forces’ supply lines in most areas of Jabal Murad, which the coalition turned into military barracks and a battlefield.
Sanaa forces launched painful strikes with various types of weapons on the coalition sites, which left a number of dead and wounded, including the military leader Ali bin Abdulhadi Al-Qibli and his companions, according to the sources.
