Officials inspect conditions of army fighters in al-Sawma’ah district of Bayda

BAYDA, Sept. 26 (YPA) – Deputy governor of Bayda province Saleh al-Mansouri, along with the director of the Sha’ob district in the Capital’s Sanaa, Ahmed al-Sammad on Sunday  inspected the conditions of the army and popular committees stationed in the district of al-Sawma’ah .

They listened to an explanation about their situation, morale and victories over coalition forces, al-Qaeda and ISIS elements and their defeat from the province.

The visitors praised the heroes’ victories on various fronts, in defence of Yemen, its security and stability.

Al-Mansouri referred to the heroic epics of the army and the popular committees, together with the tribes of Bayda province, in defeating mercenaries and takfiri elements from the province’s directorates.

For his part, Al-Sammad confirmed that the visit comes in recognition of their sacrifices in the face of the coalition forces and mercenaries.

He praised the role of the heroes of the army and the popular committees in liberating the remaining directorates of the province.
