5.9 magnitude earthquake strikes off western Indonesia

SANAA, Jul. 26 (YPA) -A powerful earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale struck west of Luck, Indonesia Monday morning, the European-Mediterranean Seismological Center said Monday.

According to the center, the earthquake occurred about 88 kilometers west of Luck and at a depth of 15 kilometres.
