STC militias cut off road links Abyan, Aden provinces

ABYAN, June 3 (YPA) – The UAE-backed southern transitional council (STC)’s militias cut off on Thursday the road which links Abyan and Aden provinces, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that elements of al-Nassr brigade of the southern transitional council cut off the road, demanding to number them and to pay their financial dues, similar to the brigades of the transitional council.

The transitional recruits, who were trained two years ago, refused to open the way for the trucks until their demands were met.
