Gunmen kill two people in Hadhramaut

HADHRAMAUT, May 08 (YPA) – Unidentified gunmen on Friday evening assassinated two people in the city of Seiyun in Hadhramaut  province, eastern Yemen local sources said.

According to the sources, the gunmen on a car opened fire at two people Friday evening from Abyan province and shot them dead in front of the water gate in Suhil Seiyun .

The sources pointed out that the military point next to the incident did not move and it was only tens of meters away from the site of the assassination.

The districts of Wadi Hadhramaut which is under the occupation of the United Arab Emirates forces, have been witnessing major security chaos and assassinations carried out by armed factions loyal to the invaders, aimed against Yemeni military and security officers, as well as civilian targets.
