Unknown gunmen assassinate tribal sheikh in Shabwa

SHABWA, April 8 (YPA) – Unknown gunmen assassinated on Thursday a tribal sheikh in Shabwa province, local sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources said that the gunmen shot dead the sheikh Mohammed Bin Ali Bin Laksar in Saaid Baqadir area then escaped to unknown destination.

Assassinations escalate in the southern governorates due to security chaos and the absence of justice.
