Turkish weapons shipment arrives in Shabwa port

SHABWA, March 15 (YPA) – A Turkish weapons shipment arrived on Monday at Islah party-held Shabwa province, sources familiar with the matter told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources pointed out that the Islah militants emptied the Turkish ship loaded with weapons after its arrival at the port of Qena of Radhum district during the past hours.

The sources indicated that the Party’s militants used tankers of petroleum products in transporting the shipment of weapons for the purpose of concealment and camouflage.

A tanker loaded with the weapons entered the city of Ataq, the capital of Shabwa, to unload the cargo in one of Islah’s camps.
