We follow results of sabotage action targeting cargo ship: Iranian FM

SANAA, March 13 (YPA) – Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran announced on Saturday it had received reports about a sabotage act that targeted a cargo ship in the international waters of the Mediterranean Sea.

The ministry affirmed in a statement this attack contradicted the international rights and maritime rights.

Saeed Khatibzadeh, Iran’s Foreign Ministry spokesperson, condemned this attack, noting that the relevant authorities have begun to take the necessary measures to identify the causes.

The Iranian media outlets published a video and photos, which confirmed the Iranian cargo ship was targeted by a missile in the eastern Mediterranean Sea recently.
