SANAA, Aug. 27 (YPA) – Organizers of the largest Dutch defense exhibition (NEDS) announced the exclusion of Israeli military companies from participating in the November 2025 edition in Rotterdam, due to “the ongoing Israeli war on the Gaza Strip for 22 months.”
This decision comes after the occupation was previously banned from participating in defense exhibitions in France.
This development is the latest episode between Amsterdam and Tel Aviv. The Dutch government previously suspended arms exports to the occupation last April and summoned the Israeli ambassador in June 2024 due to reports of espionage operations and threats against officials at the International Criminal Court.
The Dutch security service also included “Israel” on a list of “countries” that pose a direct threat to the Netherlands.
