Leader in STC militia seizes children’s park in Aden

ADEN, March 12 (YPA) – A leader in the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s  militia has taken over children’s Amusement Park  in the southern port city of Aden.

Journalist and activist Wajdi al-Saeidi said on a social media post that the residents of the Remy neighborhood carried out the initiative to buy toys for the neighborhood’s children, and placed them on an empty piece of land  as an outlet for children to have joy in the Mansoura district.

He explained that the leader in the “STC”, “whose name was not  mentioned”, seized the games of the park, and the occupied the land by force of arms, on the pretext that he had made sacrifices  “martyrs to the south”.

Al-Saeidi pointed out that the incident had caused resentment among the residents of the neighborhood, rejecting bullying in the city.
