UAE ship loaded with military equipment arrives in Socotra

SOCOTRA, Feb. 28 (YPA) – An Emirati ship loaded with large military equipment arrived on Sunday at Socotra port, according to sources familiar with the matter.

The sources affirmed that that the Emirati forces, accompanied by dozens of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC)’s militia, have unloaded tens of armored vehicles and their crews in the port.

Meanwhile, a memorandum, which was submitted by Hadi’s government appointed governor of Mahra province, Ramzi Mahrous, disclosed that 18 military vehicles with crews had arrived on board the Emirati war vessel to Socotra port a week ago.
