STC leader injured in explosion in Aden

ADEN, Jan. 1 (YPA) – A commander lloyal the Saudi-led coalition was injured on Monday in an explosion in Yemen’s southern city of Aden, sources said.

According to the sources, the commander of the so-called “Emergency Battalion of the Southern Transitional Council (STC), Akram Al-Odhaly, was injured when an explosive device blasted on his car in al-Moala city.

About 18 explosive devices have been exploded in the city of Aden, since the return of the government from Riyadh at the end of last December, targeting a number of leaders in the Southern Transitional Council.
