Activities of Spanish MSF organization in Hodeida discussed

HODEIDA, Jan. 26 (YPA) – Undersecretary of Hodeida province, Ali Qusher, discussed on Tuesday with the head of the Spanish Doctors Without Borders (MSF) Organization’s delegation the organization’s activities and its medical interventions in hospitals and health centers in the province.

The meeting touched on the activities carried out by the organization in the recently opened Al-Qanawos Hospital, and the health services provided in it, as well as the challenges facing the hospital due to the shortage of working cadres and specialists and the need for an ambulance.

The province’s undersecretary noted the importance of continuing coordination between the concerned authorities and the organization to ensure the success of its health interventions.

Head of the MSF delegation indicated that the organization is currently studying many scenarios in order to provide medical and therapeutic services to patients in many disciplines needed by society.
