Over 935 thousand riyals of illegal currency seized in Taiz

TAIZ, Dec. 21 (YPA) – The security force in Mawiyah and Al-Ta’iziyah districts in Taiz province on Monday seized an amount of 935,600 riyals of the banned currency printed by Saudi-led coalition with the aim of harming the national economy.

A security source said that the sums were seized in the possession of five defendants, and they were referred with the seized money to the competent authorities to take legal procedures.
