Several armed men killed because oil derivatives in Lahj

LAHJ, Dec. 10 (YPA) – Several armed men were killed on Thursday and others wounded in violent clashes among UAE-backed southern transitional council militias and citizens in Lahj province, sources told Yemen Press Agency.

The sources confirmed that two elements of the southern militants were killed and four others injured because of oil derivatives in al-Anad area of al-Musaimir district.

The sources affirmed that a military pick-up vehicle belonging to the southern militiamen passed hundreds of cars parked in front of one of the petrol stations, raising the anger of the citizens then developed into clashes.
