STC executes two members in Abyan

ABYAN, Dec. 10 (YPA) – A leadership of the UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) militia in Abyan province, south of Yemen, executed two members of the Shabwani Elite, sources said.

A leader of the STC in Abayn, Abdul-Latif al-Sayed, directed their members to liquidate two militants of the “Shabwani Elite” on charges of rebellion and fighting in Sheikh Salem front.

The source confirmed that the STC militia had kidnapped a number of Shabwani Elite fighters, who decided to leave Abyan front, for regionalism reasons.
