France records highest daily death rate of Coronavirus

SANAA, Oct. 28 (YPA) –  French Ministry of Health has recorded 523 new deaths of the coronavirus in the past 24 hours, the highest daily death toll since April, according to data.

The data included the number of hospital deaths reported on a daily basis, as well as 235 deaths in nursing homes over the past 4 days.

The ministry also reported 33,417 new cases of Covid-19 in the past 24 hours, compared with 26,711 on Monday and 52,010 on Sunday.

France, which ranks fifth in the world with a total of 1.13 million cases, recorded a total of 34,716 deaths.
