SANAA, Oct. 8 (YPA) – The branch of the Supreme Council for Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs and International Cooperation in Sanaa province on Wednesday inaugurated the distribution of the first batch of shelter aid for displaced families in Hamadan district, with support of Social Workers Syndicate.
The representative of the Supreme Council for Humanitarian Affairs in Hamadan, Saddam Haidan, explained that the aid distribution is targeting 780 displaced and poor families in the areas of Shamlan, Mahjar Dhulaa, and Mahjar Al-Wadi, and Al-Arrah.
He indicated that the distribution of these aid came after a field survey, adding that the aid included mattresses, blankets, kitchen utensils and household water supplies.
