US coronavirus cases hit 215,032

SANAA, Oct. 6 (YPA) – The death toll of the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the United States has exceeded 215,032, according to the US statistics.

Johns Hopkins University data showed that the number of cases recorded in the US has so far reached 7,445,897, including 210,013 deaths.

In its data, the U.S. Centers for Disease Testing said that in the past 24 hours, 36,778 new cases of COVID-19 infection have been detected, compared to 49,327 in the previous statistics.
