President Al-Mashat addresses Yemenis on 6th anniversary of September 21 Revolution

SANAA, Sept. 21 (YPA) – President of the Supreme Political Council Marshal Mehdi Al-Mashat on Sunday night has addressed the Yemeni people on the occasion of the sixth anniversary of the September 21st Revolution.

During his speech, president Mehdi Al-Mashat he called on the international community to respect the Yemeni people and stop recognizing the so-called Hadi legitimacy of al-Qaeda and ISIS,

Mehdi Al-Mashat also called on Saudi-led coalition to respond to the initiative presented to the UN envoy on Marib and to absorb its nine points.

He further called on the United Nations and the international community to stop double standards, condemn the aggression, siege, starvation and deprivation of fuel and medicine.

Moreover, he urged the Yemeni parties who are the rank of the aggression to return to their rightness and settle their situation through a national conference for national reconciliation.

President Mashat referred in his speech to the uniqueness of September 21 Revolution in being   purely Yemeni decision, and its tendency to forgive and tolerate, and its rigidity in extracting the sovereign decision and confronting any form of hegemony, including aggression.

President Mashat’s speech also addressed  the Palestinian issue and the great conspiracy being hatched against it, he said: “We condemn all forms of normalization with the Israeli enemy and remind all those who are satisfied with normalization that Palestine and nation are their first priorities, rather than enthusiasm and bow down to Israel.

We advise that the line in which they walk is a bad path and they will find no interest in them or their peoples but more pain, regret and loss, he said.

He concluded ” We reaffirm that Yemen stands as a people, a leadership and a revolution alongside al-Quds , Palestine and the people of Palestine.”

The Yemeni and Palestinian flags appeared at his office of  President Mehdi Al-Mashat.

Observers pointed out that the display of the Palestinian flag near the Yemeni flag and during the official  speech on the eve of September 21st revolution  confirms Yemen’s adherence to the Palestinian cause and its categorical rejection of the agreements of subservience and normalization with Israel.

Observers confirmed that Ansarullah considers the Palestinian issue as their first issue Arab and Islamic, and gives it priority in their various official and popular activities.

The appearance of the Palestinian flag on the office of President Al-Mashat is a severe blow to the Gulf states that have scrambled to sign normalization agreements and are still in the waiting station.
