SANAA, Aug 26 (YPA) – Floods caused by torrential rains in northern Kabul have killed at least 30 people and destroyed hundreds of homes, officials said on Wednesday.
Among the dead, many women and children are in the city of Charikar, which witnessed heavy rains at night that led to floods, according to what the Ministry of Disaster Management announced, and a local hospital in Parwan state confirmed that it received the bodies of 17 people who died due to the floods.
