He confirmed that this was not the first time that frequent seismic activity occurred at intervals.
The last earthquake in Saudi Arabia was on Monday, February 17, northwest of Medina.
“The earthquake measured 2.18 on the Richter scale and at a depth of 5.4 kilometers. It took place at 11 o’clock,” the geological survey said on its Twitter account.
