FM, IOM’s official discuss Yemeni expatriates issue in Saudi Arabia

SANAA, May 5 (YPA) – Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf met here on Saturday with Director of Operations and Emergencies at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), Mohammed Abdiker.

The meeting discussed the topic of Yemeni expatriates who are being deported by the Saudi government without regard to the humanitarian or legal legislations applied in most countries of the world.

The two sides also touched upon the abuses and violations committed by the aggression and their mercenaries against some African migrants in one of the camps in Aden province.

The meeting reviewed the tasks and performance of the organization’s office in the country.
