Citizens in Hodeida’ Khamaran Island condemn assassination of president al-Sammad

HODEIDA, May 4 (YPA) – Hundreds of citizens in Khamran Island of Hodeida province on Friday held a mass rally denouncing the assassination of the former president Saleh al-Sammad.

The demonstrators raised photos of the martyr president Al-Sammad and chanted slogans condemning the crimes of the aggression coalition and its mercenaries in different provinces.

The participants in the rally also expressed their support to President of the Supreme Political Council Mahdi Al-Mashat.

They also renewed their pledge and loyalty to the commander, Mr. Abdulmalik Badruddin al Houthi and to all the martyrs of the homeland to continue mobilization and supporting fronts with men and money.

The former president of the council Saleh Al-Sammad was killed on April 19 in Saudi-led coalition’s airstrikes on Hodeida province, western Yemen.
