TAIZ, Feb. 25 (YPA) – The local authority in Taiz province condemned the airstrikes of the Saudi-led coalition aggression on Taiz International Airport, which led to the destruction of its facilities.

A statement issued by the local authority confirmed that the aggression’s airstrikes on the airport are a flagrant violation of all international laws and agreements that criminalize targeting civilian objects.

The statement condemned the continued shameful silence of the international community, which did not move against all the brutal crimes committed by the aggression coalition against the Yemeni people and their capabilities, calling on the United Nations to press the aggression coalition to stop targeting civilian objects, children and women and lift the siege.
