Yemen’s parliament condemns Saudi occupation violations in al-Mahrah

SANAA, Feb. 18 (YPA) – The Yemeni parliament held on Tuesday its session headed by Yahya Ali Al-Raee, to condemn the attacks and violations carried out by the Saudi occupation forces in al-Mahrah province.

During the session, the speaker affirmed that closure of ports, the attack on border landmarks, and citizens ’homes, have revealed new and old Saudi ambitions in territories of the Republic of Yemen.

The council’s members urged the political components and parties to unite efforts and enhance the internal front to confront the Saudi-UAE aggression’s ambitions and plots that target the Yemeni people and aim to divide Yemen.

The parliament called on the United Nations and the international community to hold its responsibilities towards the Saudi aggression attacks against al-Mahrah citizens, and forming a commission to probe into all crimes, massacres and attacks committed by the Saudi-led aggression coalition in Yemen.
