SANAA, Jan.4 (YPA) – Ministry of Industry and Trade on Saturday discussed mechanisms to implement the National Vision matrix in the business services sector for the first stage “Steadfastness and Economic Recovery”.
The meeting, chaired by Undersecretary of Ministry of Industry and Trade for Business Services Sector Mohammad Yahya Abdulkarim, reviewed the executive mechanisms of the matrix.
The matrix includes improving the business services environment by simplifying procedures and transactions via a single window, updating and issuing a paper and electronic business services guide, developing electronic services, completing electronic archiving and automating the services provided by the sector, as well as working with an incentive system for entrepreneurs and innovative projects to give them incentive advantages in the registry and trade names.
The matrix also includes improving the country’s position in the international business environment indicators report through progress in completing transactions and encouraging the establishment of public offering companies in the industrial fields aimed at achieving self-sufficiency and reducing import as well as completing legislative construction in line with the developments in the business environment.
At the meeting, Abdulkarim urged the need for concerted and complementary efforts to implement the performance development programs and plans in the business services sector.
