Oil Minister launches phase II of replacing damaged gas cylinders in Sanaa

SANAA, Nov. 17 (YPA) – Minister of Oil and Minerals Ahmed Daress on Sunday inaugurated at the central gas station in the capital Sanaa the second phase of replacing the damaged gas cylinders with new ones.

Daress noted that the damaged cylinders replacement came at the instructions of the Supreme Political Council to preserve citizens’ lives and property safety.

According to the minister, the quantity to be replaced in the central station is 300 cylinders, in addition to providing the rest of the central stations within the capital with 300 cylinders for each station so that the replacement process is done in an orderly and smooth manner.

The Oil Minister praised the great role played by the Yemeni Gas Company in providing domestic gas in light of the current circumstances that the country is going through as a result of aggression.
