Aden residents condemn seizing of archaeological sites in the city

ADEN, Nov. 16 (YPA) – Activists from Aden for the first time on Saturday publicly raised the slogan “State of Aden” that existed before the British occupation was evacuated.

Local sources confirmed that a number of residents in Aden staged a vigil condemning the work of seizing the archaeological sites in the city, with the support and funding of Saudi forces in the city.

The UAE’s Southern Transitional Council (STC) Militias removed the “State of Aden” logo from the Lighthouse of Aden Square, where the protesters gathered.

The sons of Aden chanted the slogan “Aden for the Adenis” amid the control of the southern transitional militias, most of which belong to Dhalea, Abyan, Lahj and Shabwah provinces.
