Yemeni cabinet condemns coalition’s air strikes targeting President Al-Sammad

SANAA, April 23 (YPA) – The Yemeni cabinet on Monday strongly condemned the crime of president Saleh al-Sammad’s assassination by Saudi-led coalition air strikes on Hodeida.

The move came after the National Salvation Government held an emergency meeting chaired by Abdul Aziz Saleh bin Habtor.

At the meeting the cabinet discussed the latest developments on the national scene, are a crime of assassination of the president al-Sammad by the coalition fighter jets.

The government stressed on the battle with the aggression will be continuing over all security, political and military levels for confronting the aggression.

The meeting also reaffirmed that the government will work strongly for protecting the internal stability and security and enhancing the national fronts in the Yemeni community.

The cabinet blessed Mahdi Mohammad Hussein Al-Mashat as president of the Supreme Political Council.
