Tihamah youths give “Tariq Aafsh” 72 hours to hand over rapists

HODEIDAH, Oct. 13 (YPA) – Tihamah youths in the West Coast Front demanded “Tariq Afash” to  extradite perpetrators who committed the crime of rape against a displaced girl in al-Matina area of ​​Tuhita district, within 3 days.

Tihamah youths said in a statement issued on Friday,  that individuals belonging to the Tariq Afash militants committed the crime of raping a displaced Tehamain girl in al-Matina area of Tuhita district, killing her father Abdullah Barh Rami and assaulting the rest of the family.

The statement pointed out that a group of “Tariq Afash”  militias after carrying out the crime of rape of the girl, killed her father while trying to defend his honor and kill him in cold blood and also attempted to kill some women from the girl’s relatives.

Tihamah youths gave the coalition command 72 hours “three days” to extradite the perpetrators of Tariq Afash’s forces.

According to the statement, the people of Tihamah will take a number of escalatory measures aimed at redressing the girl and her family and holding the perpetrators accountable starting from the issuance of this statement and then holding protest manifestations until achieving the main objective of fairness and the issue of the perpetrators.

They demanded the extradition of the perpetrators and carry out the law of God against them in front of the public and demanded “Tariq Afash” to pledge publicly not to repeat the crimes committed by his members, which are condemned by humanity and the Islamic religion.

The statement stressed that if the deadline expires without implementing the demands, escalatory measures will be initiated to clear their demands.

They held “Tariq Afash” responsible for what may result from these measures of complete paralysis of the movement in the liberated areas.
