US goal from forming Gulf alliance is to loot region: Iran’s Larijani

TEHRAN, Sept. 22 (YPA) – Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani said on Sunday that the US objective from forming an alliance in the Strait of Hormuz is “to loot the region.”

“Let Arab countries know that America looks at them as instrument and speaks to them in the language of humiliation,” Larijani said in a speech at the military parade in Bandar Abbas.

Larijani affirmed that the Iranian people and the Iranian armed forces regard all Muslim peoples as brothers.

“All Muslim countries are our brothers,” he said, expressing his hope that all Islamic countries, especially Iran’s neighbors, “will stand by each other, have the best relations, and use their strengths and energies to confront the foreigners and Zionists.”

He considered the Zionist entity as a cancerous gland in the region and a main enemy of Muslims, emphasizing that the defense of the oppressed Palestinian people is a duty of Islamic countries.
