UAE-backed STC sends warning messages to Abyan tribes

ABYAN, Sept. 22 (YPA) – UAE-backed Southern Transitional Council (STC) warned on Sunday tribes in Mafad district of Abyan loyal to Saudi-backed exiled Hadi’s forces.

The STC asserted that anyone from Bakazem tribes escorting Hadi’s forces would be targeted.

The forces of “Hadi” were helped in confrontations with the STC militias in Aden, Abyan and Shabwa by Islah party (Muslim Brotherhood) militants coming from the province of Marib.
