Parliament writes to Jordanian counterpart on Yemenis’ suffering at Queen Alia airport

SANAA, July 15 (YPA) – The Yemeni Parliament on Monday approved to address two letters to the Parliament and the Shura Council in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to brief them on the suffering of Yemeni citizens at Queen Alia International Airport.

The two letters included demands for improving the treatment of Yemeni citizens within the framework of the bilateral and historical relations between the two brotherly countries.

At its meeting, the parliament reviewed some of the US newspapers calling for halting arms sale to Saudi-led aggression countries, especially Saudi Arabia, in order to protect civilians’ lives, reduce the high rate of famine and poverty resulting from wars and maintain human rights.

In this regard, the Parliament praised the newspapers that convey to the world public opinion the crimes and violations committed by the aggression countries against the Yemeni people.
