Parliament writes to Arab, Islamic parliaments about Bahrain workshop

SANAA, June 30 (YPA) – The Yemeni Parliament in its meeting on Sunday under the chairmanship of the Parliament’s Speaker Yahya al-Ra’i approved to send letters to heads of Arab and Islamic Parliaments on Bahrain workshop.

The letters include warning of the danger of the rulers’ positions, which are contrary to the will of Arab and Islamic peoples yearning for liberation from the domination of the global arrogance led by America and the world Zionism.

In its meeting, the Parliament referred to the suspicious movements carried out by US President Donald Trump during his visit to Saudi Arabia, which resulted in the announcement of the transfer of the American Embassy to the city of al-Quds and its declaration as the capital of the occupying Zionist entity, as well as the result of his second visit to the UAE by the declaration of annexation of the occupied Syrian Arab Golan to the Zionist entity.

“Bahrain workshop may result in the abandonment of the Palestinian cause, which is the issue of Arabs and Muslims,” the parliament warned.

The parliament reiterated its absolute rejection of all conspiracies against the Arab and Islamic nation, including the so-called Bahrain workshop, reaffirming Yemen’s fixed position on the nation issues, particularly the Palestinian cause and the self-determination right of Palestinian people and to establish an independent state with al-Quds as its capital.
