Al-Hashemi: OVER 200,000 domestic gas cylinders will be distributed in the Capital Sanaa

SANAA, April.11 (YPA) – A meeting held on Wednesday in Sana’a chaired by  the first undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Mohammed Ahmed Al-Hashemi, discussing a number of economic affairs.

In the meeting, The Economic Committee in the follow-up of ministries reviewed the daily reports of the economic institutions and bodies on the gas crisis and the procedures and measures to be taken to distribute the domestic gas cylinders to every house in the Secretariat.

Al-Hashami confirmed that in the coming days more than 200 thousands cylinders will be distributed in the secretariat of the capital.

The capacity of the local authorities will be strengthened through its association with several parts of the Commission, the legal body, the social side and the security aspect of the arrival of gas cylinders to every house in the Secretariat, he added.

He also said that three central gas stations would be dedicated to meet the needs of the restaurants and more than 20 to cover the need for cars and buses, and therefore the rental cost should be reduced to 50 riyals in sorting.
