Two tribal rallies in Amran to mark anniversary for Sarkha

AMRAN, June 25 (YPA) – Two tribal rallies were staged on Tuesday by residents and sheikhs of Amran province to mark the annual anniversary for Sarkha (Scream).

At the rallies held in Kharaf and Thula districts, the participants affirmed on the importance of the steadfastness and baking fronts to confront the Saudi-led aggression coalition ‘s war on the Yemeni people.

The tribes praised the revolutionary and political leadership on great achievements made by the military manufacturing unit of the Yemeni army to deter the aggression.

The two rallies called on the Yemeni people to be more cohesive and aligned to strengthen the internal front to confront the aggression forces that target Yemen.

In 2001, the late martyr, Hussein Badr al-Din al-Houthi, who had launched the slogan of Sharkha (Scream) against the greater states, which are seeking to occupy and take over the small countries to loot wealth.

The Houthis’ slogan, which is known as the sarkha, or scream, is “God is great, death to America, death to Israel, curse on the Jews, victory to Islam, which is apart from the Yemeni resistance narrative against enemies.
