Report: 17 civilians killed in Saudi-led airstrikes over 24 hours

 

SANAA, April 10 (YPA) – At least 17 Yemeni civilians were killed and 12 injured, including students, when the US-backed Saudi-led coalition launched  airstrikes on Taiz, Saada and Hodeidah provinces of Yemen during the past 24 hours, medics and military officials told Yemen Press Agency on Tuesday

  • In Taiz province:

15 civilians were killed and five injured in airstrikes targeted Mahwal area of Dumnat-khadeer district.

  • In Saada province:

Two civilians were killed and seven  were wounded, including students, in an airstrike which targeted civilians’ shops in center of Saada.

An airstrike was waged on a main road of Maran area.

An airstrike hit near of Khamis school in Maran area of Haidan district.

Three airstrikes on Jumhuria camp and Wahban mountain.

Meanwhile, missile shelling targeted Jumat-bin-Fadhel area of Haidan.

Rocket and artillery shelling continuously targeted different areas oof Razih border district.

  • In Hodeidah province:

A Saudi-led airstrikes was launched on Jubanah area of Salif district.
