21 Palestinians injured by Zionist forces in Nablus
SANAA, April 24 (YPA) – 21 Palestinians were wounded in the clashes that broke out on Tuesday evening when the Zionist forces and settlers stormed Joseph’s Tomb in the northern West Bank city of Nablus.
According to the Palestinian Press Agency “Safa,” a large number of military vehicles stormed the eastern area of Nablus, and spread in the streets surrounding the tomb of Joseph, in preparation for entering the settlers on the pretext of performing their rituals and the celebration of Jewish holidays.
Violent confrontations broke out between hundreds of Palestinian youths and enemy forces, centered on Amman Street, during which soldiers fired live bullets and gas bombs.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said its crew treated 7 metal bullets, including two head injuries, were taken to the hospita, while 14 were injured by gas, including a two years-old child.
Dozens of buses and vehicles carrying thousands of settlers arrived at Joseph’s Tomb, coming from the Beit Furik checkpoint east of Nablus.
