Al-Houthi: Saudi recruitment of Sudanese child soldiers is the most heinous crime

SANAA, Jan. 5 (YPA) -Head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, has commented on reports concerning the recruitment of Sudanese children by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

“Recruiting children from Darfur, Sudan is a scandal that forms the most heinous crime committed by the Saudi regime,” Mohammed Ali al-Houthi said on his Twitter account on Friday.

“This crime is added to the heinous crimes of the Saudi criminal record of killing the children of Yemen through horrific and horrible massacres in the Grand Hall, Sanban, Zaydiyah, as well the children of Dhahian and others; in addition to the crime of Khashoggi’s murder,” al-Houthi added.

He gave some advices to Saudi Arabia, saying, “Therefore, I advise them to change their behaviour, and I also advise them to do the following: release the detained woman activists, carry out a transparent investigation into the Khashoggi case, improve your image to the Western world; and stop recruiting children from Darfur for the aggression against Yemen.

Then the Saudi regime may wish to reflect the external attack on its humanitarian record by pre-empting the attack on the Yemeni people,” the head of the Supreme Revolutionary Committee concluded.
