Saudi Health records 1,567 new cases of Coronavirus

SANAA, Aug 8 (YPA) – The Saudi Ministry of Health announced on Friday the registration of 1,567 new cases of Coronavirus, bringing the total number of infections in the Kingdom to 285,793.

The ministry indicated in its daily summary to follow-up on Corona in Saudi Arabia, that “38 new deaths were recorded, bringing the total to 3093 deaths, since the beginning of the outbreak of the epidemic in the Kingdom.”
The Saudi Health Ministry confirmed the registration of 1,859 new cases of newly created Corona virus, bringing the total number of people to the recovery to 248948 people.
The ministry revealed, “The number of active cases reached 33,752, and critical cases 1,892 cases.”
The announced figures indicate that the epidemiological curve in the country recorded an upward trend, after it had been for the past period, registering a steady decline, as it was announced that 1,402 cases of the epidemic were recorded on Thursday, compared to 1,389 injuries on Wednesday, 1,342 injuries on Tuesday, and 1,258 injuries on Monday.
In terms of deaths, it has witnessed a relative decline in recent days, as it was announced on Thursday that 35 deaths and 36 deaths were recorded on Wednesday.
