Shura Council discusses situations of oil, gas sector

SANAA, Feb. 12 (YPA) – An expanded meeting was held on Tuesday at the Shura Council, chaired by Speaker Mohammed al-Aidarous and attended by the Council’s Finance Committee and heads and officials of agencies and companies operating in the oil, gas and minerals sector.

The meeting was devoted for discussing the situations of the oil, gas and minerals sector, in light of the reports submitted by the concerned units.

The meeting touched on the difficulties and challenges facing the units operating in the sector, which would be included in the evaluation report being prepared by the joint committee formed from the Shura Council and the Ministry of Oil and Minerals.
